(Meeting to commence at 10:00 a.m. to deal with Declarations of Interest and a resolution to conduct a portion of the meeting in the absence of the public. The Commission will immediately meet in the absence of the public (referred to as “Committee of the Whole”) to deal with confidential items and will reconvene the portion of the meeting open to the public at approximately 1 p.m. Members of the public who wish to attend the public portion should attend at 1 p.m. Members of the public who have registered to speak should attend at 2 p.m. or earlier).
