What are we doing and why?

TTC is in the process of replacing storm pump infrastructure at subway track level in the vicinity of Pape Station. This project will take place from March to September 2021.

While majority of the work will take place underground, some work will be conducted from street level including initial drainage clearing and material delivery.

Material delivery and crew access will be from the second entrance/exit on Lipton Avenue. Noise associated with overnight material delivery is not expected to be disruptive.

Work hours

For safety, work will take place overnight when the subway is not operating. Majority of the work is underground.
