Several changes have been scheduled to take effect on February 14, 2021 (unless otherwise noted). There will be minimal changes to scheduled service in the lead up to the opening of McNicoll bus division. There will be service reductions on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth and several streetcar routes in order to better match capacity to demand, as well as routing adjustments on several bus routes.

Ridership and travel patterns will be monitored in early 2021 to guide service changes in spring 2021 as the city continues its pandemic recovery.

Service/schedule/routing adjustments

Line 2 Bloor-Danforth (Effective February 15, 2021)
Service will be reduced in all periods from Monday to Friday to better reflect customer demand.
In the daytime, service will be reduced from every three to four minutes to every four minutes. In the evening, service will be reduced from every six minutes to every seven to eight minutes.

9 Bellamy
The routing on the 9 Bellamy will be adjusted to travel on Progress Avenue in both directions in all periods of operation, to provide customers with new access to destinations along Progress Avenue. There will be no change to the schedules or the service levels on this route.

Stops along McCowan Road, Corporate Drive, and Consilium Place will no longer be served by 9 Bellamy, but will continue to be served by other routes.

913 Progress Express (Effective February 15, 2021)
The routing on the 913 Progress Express will be adjusted to travel on Progress Avenue in both directions in all periods of operation, to provide customers with faster travel. There will be no change to the schedules or the service levels on this route, and no stop changes will be made.

503 Kingston Rd (Effective February 15, 2021)
The final 13 westbound departures from Bingham Loop on 503 Kingston Rd will be adjusted to depart 8 minutes earlier. They will continue to end at Leslie Barns, rather than continuing on to King Street West and Spadina Avenue.

These trips currently depart Bingham Loop every 10 minutes from 5:24 p.m. to 7:24 p.m. They will now depart every 10 minutes from 5:16 p.m. to 7:16 p.m.

Evening service on Kingston Road between Victoria Park Avenue and Queen Street East will continue to be provided by buses on 22A Coxwell.

509 Harbourfront
Service will be reduced in the daytime periods from Monday to Friday to better reflect customer demand.

In the morning peak period, service will be reduced from every six to seven minutes to every eight to nine minutes. In the midday and afternoon peak periods, service will be reduced from every seven to eight minutes to every nine to ten minutes.

During all days of the week, schedules will be adjusted to improve service reliability.

510 Spadina (Effective February 15, 2021)
Service will be reduced in the daytime and early evening periods from Monday to Friday to better reflect customer demand. All weekday service will operate on the 510A (Spadina Station-Union Station) branch. 

In the morning peak period, combined service will be reduced from every four to five minutes to every seven minutes. In the midday period, combined service will be reduced from every five minutes to every seven to eight minutes. In the afternoon peak period, combined service will be reduced from every five minutes to every seven minutes. In the early evening period, combined service will be reduced from every four to five minutes to every seven to eight minutes.

512 St Clair (Effective February 15, 2021)
Service will be reduced in the daytime and early evening periods from Monday to Friday to better reflect customer demand.

In the daytime, service will be reduced from every five minutes to every six to seven minutes. In the early evening, service will be reduced from every seven to eight minutes to every eight to nine minutes.
