From Sunnybrook Hospital via west on hospital roadway, north on Bayview Avenue, west on Lawrence Avenue East, west on Lawrence Avenue West, north on Royal York Road, west on Dixon Road, west on Airport Road to Toronto Pearson International Airport, making stops first on Jetliner Road at Airport Road (Ground Level), then at Terminal 1 (Ground Level), and then finally at Terminal 3 (Arrivals Level).


These buses operate from Toronto Pearson International Airport via east on Airport Road, east on Dixon Road, south on Royal York Road, east on Lawrence Avenue West, east on Lawrence Avenue East, south on Bayview Avenue, and east on hospital roadway to Sunnybrook Hospital.
